Hi Jasmina. Thank you so much for commenting here.

The Amazon box with the link was created in my Amazon Associates account. I am not sure exactly what the link is in Germany to sign up as an associate, but in the US it's http://associates.amazon.com.

If you're an Amazon Associate you can get (a tiny bit of) money from sales when people click through your site to get to Amazon. It has never made me rich, however!

I'm sure the same kind of thing exists at amazon.de.

Hello Dave! I am a listener of your the WordNerds and now a subscriber of your blog. I find it nice to know that there are more people out there who get all crazy about nothing or what turns out to be their own little mistake :) So, I have a question concerning your blog. How did you get that little window or rather frame, I guess, with "A book I like" from Amazon.com? I'd like to spice up my blog a little bit with some literature :) Keep up the great work! Greetings to the other nerds! Thanks and greetings from Germany, Jasmina
